Even hotter today: 39C this afternoon.  We spent the day down on Escape Beach.  The water had heated up dramatically in the last week too.  We spent a lot of the time in the water, swimming and bobbing…..

We had calamari again for lunch – just shared a plate between us – and they were delicious.  A perfect beach day.

Left the beach about 330 and Bob dropped me at Amore Beauty Salon for a cut and blow dry.  It was almost too hot to endure it!  Anyway, pleased with the result.

Came back and had a swim, then Bob started up the bbq at about 7,.  We finished off our last lamb Adana kebabs with jacket potatoes and grilled red peppers.

The sunset was spectacular tonight.  We had more swims as the evening went on.
