Stuart was up early and off to Walmart to hunt for and buy an additional suitcase. Not saying there’s been a lot of shopping…. but…
The rest of us got up leisurely and went to the pool about 945 and pegged out for the day. It was very hot with a nice breeze that kept things bearable. Stuart got back around 1030 and joined us. He was successful in his quest and has purchased a blue and pink natty number that will be easy to spot on the luggage carousel.
Fran and Dave came over about 530 and we had to guide them in. It’s a bit chaotic around the Marriott World Centre at the moment with the main entrance road being resurfaced and other enhancements going on. We had some drinks in our place and then headed to Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse on International Drive for dinner. We’d eaten there before and really enjoyed it so very much wanted to go back. Dinner was just as good as previously. I had fillet steak with a gorgonzola sauce served over alfredo fetuccini. Did somebody say cheese??? It was yum. Bob had Frutti di Mare with spaghetti. Also amazing. We had a lovely time with Fran and Dave, a lovely dinner.
