Absolutely gorgeous weather today. I spent most of it lying around the pool and floating on the pool!!! Just lovely and the sea looking like glass. It would have been a good day for a boat trip. Just glorious out there and, as usual, so peaceful. Only the birds to keep me company!

Poor Bob had to make a run back to the dentist as he managed to chew through one of his temporary caps. She isn’t hopeful the replacement will last till the 3rd but as long as it isn’t painful… He watched the NZ rugby game in the afternoon on catchup and also came out and had some swims too.

Tonight we booked to go and see Killers of the Flower Moon at the Starluxe cinema in Karaoglanoglu. They have 4 or 5 different screens, all super luxe seats but we are going for the uber luxe Mars hall where we have a 2 seater leather sofa for ourselves. wowzer. It’s the first time we’ve been to a cinema here. The films are mostly in English with Turkish subtitles.

Anyway, it was a fab cinema- very modern, clean. Good equipment. The only weird thing was every hour the film would stop for a 6 minute cigarette/drink/loo break!!!!! Very unusual and it’s not going to happen at Cineworld any time soon.. Great film btw….
