It was massively hot and unusually humid today. The sea was rough and we could only wade out and dunk water over ourselves. Too rough to go deep.

Bob went into Chaudi with Pamela after breakfast to get cash and to get some supplies from the chemist. Lucy wanted some Orlistat capsules, impossible to get in the UK for her. Bob got her 120 capsules for £53.

Tonight we went to the Art Resort in Ourem, Palolem for dinner. Mike and Linda were having a quiet one, so just Pamela, Eddie, Bob, Daisy and me. Loved the place… So much art all over the walls, and all for sale from local artists. One chap was in residence and runs art classes there.

We had a lovely dinner with a great couple of musicians playing. Liked them a lot. The food was very good and the portions were massive. I had bbq pork with mash and grilled vegetables. Bob had prawn masala with rice and a garlic naan. Daisy had a tuna steak grilled in garlic butter with chips and vegetables, We had g&ts, Daisy had coke… it was a lot of food.

We had such a good time, we are going back there for the day tomorrow. Really liked the whole vibe of the place.

Got two tuks back to Eve resort. Very much Mr Toads Wild Ride through the lanes. Woohoo. Daisy expected death on every bend…. luckily we survived!
